Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Finish

This is a unique and flavorful Campbeltown single malt from Glen Scotia distillery that is aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Guyanese demerara rum casks. The result is a sweet and tropical whisky with aromas of pineapple, mango, sea spray, and burnt sugar on the nose, and flavors of molasses, cooked sugar, coconut, banana, peach, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and sea salt on the palate. The finish is long and lingers with the notes of tropical fruits and spices.
