Laphroaig 1974 31 Year Old Sherry Cask

A truly iconic Laphroaig from the 1974 vintage, this heavily-sherried 31-year-old was a limited edition of around 900 bottles produced for a French retailer. It received an outstanding 95 points from Serge Valentin on Whiskyfun and went on to win a Gold Medal and the Non Plus Ultra award for the highest-scoring whisky among all entries at the Malt Maniacs Awards 2005. This is considered as an acknowledged masterpiece and is highly sought after by whisky enthusiasts.
